Brendon North
Serious Goofball.
Versatile Voice.
Hi there, I’m Brendon - Professional Silly Goose Since 2006.
Thanks so much for visiting my website!
Back when I was a teenager, someone had the wild idea to hand a microphone over to me to be a host/emcee and handle live park announcements at a theme park - and I’ve barely set down a microphone since. With experience in many different avenues, from commercial work to cabaret singing, from “Voice of God” to “voice next door,” I’ve spent the last two decades refining my skills and bettering my craft, but all of it brings me back to the vocal booth.
My goal is to always bring you voiceover that’s warm, witty, and sometimes whimsical. From larger than life characters in Games to the grounded, everyday read you need for Commercials, I want to make a connection with your audience that makes them want to lean in.

Here’s some very nice things people have said about my work…
“Brendon helped us with voiceover for a series of videos promoting auction items for our fundraising event. Throughout the process he was extremely conscientious about our needs, the purpose of our videos, and our fast timeline. He quickly pivoted when we changed copy or had edits, and his professionalism and skill were exemplary!”
- Selena Shadle, Drew School
“Brendon was not only the best voice for the job, they were incredibly easy to work with. Brendon was able to take my script and bring the character to life in a way I wasn't sure was going to be possible. They were able to take points of direction and ran with it making the character their own. Thank you, Brendon, for letting me hear out loud what I'd been imagining in my head.”
- The New Dawn Diary, Michael Rea, Podcast Producer
“If it were possible to steal the show, Brendon North would do it as the madly sadistic dentist Orin. North doesn’t just chew the scenery, he shreds it to confetti... to be in the audience feels like sitting in a meteor shower.”
- Little Shop of Horrors, Charles Kruger, SFBATCC Critic’s Circle (Winner, Best Supporting Actor, 2016)
“Their cohorts are equally appealing… Adept Brendon North takes on puppet roles: the Cookie Monster-like Trekkie (addicted to internet porn) and nice guy Nicky, who helps his gay roommate Rod deal with feelings about his sexuality.”
- Avenue Q, Leslie Katz, San Francisco Examiner
